V09.16, some change in Google, and some news

Hello J2memap folks. Here is a small update, which correct the latest changes in Google Map so you should be able to get back your beloved maps. There is also some minor features, and the integration of the previously described “traffic info” for France.
You might ask what’s hapenning to J2memap, and what are the new features? Don’t worry, you might have some clues in the near future, stay tuned!
